Shipping, Return & Refund Policy
Shipping options available at Pure Joy Naturals are as follows:
Flat Rate. All orders with subtotal of $250 and below ships flat rate at $9.99 per transaction.
Pick Up - at Pure Joy Naturals [Converse, Tx]. Choose this option only if you reside within 5 miles of our facility in Converse, Tx and are able to personally pick up your order on time. If you choose this option, you will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up along with our business hours and contact information, should you have any questions. Orders ready for pick up are held at our facility for 7 calendar days only. If you are unable to pick up your order within this time frame, your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded through your original payment method. Be advised that there is a restocking fee of $5.99 which will be deducted from your total refund amount. The restocking fee will also cover fees charged to us by the payment processor to complete the refund. You will receive an email with cancellation details.
Shipped Items
Upon processing your order for shipment, your tracking number(s) will be emailed to you.
Upon delivery, signature is generally not required and packages will be left at the residence or parcel box. It is your responsibility to track your order. If you lose your tracking number, please contact us via an email so we can resend it to you.
Pure Joy Naturals is not responsible for missing or unreceived packages.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL except when merchandise is deemed damaged upon receipt.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required to make a return. Do not send your order(s) back without an RMA. We do not issue refunds for items that are shipped back to us without an accompanying RMA.
Any merchandise that arrive damaged are eligible for refund or replacement at no cost to you if reported back to us within 14 calendar days from when the courier marked your items as delivered. After this period, you will have to cover the cost to ship the replacement to you. To initiate a refund or replacement request, please email us with the following information and supporting documents:

Pure Joy Naturals reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet our damaged goods guidelines.

All special pricing is available ONLY during the dates listed. We cannot apply discounts outside of the date range specified for that discount.
If you place an order but forget to use a discount code, the order is final as is. We cannot apply it after the order.
